BIO
Ariane is a certified Career and Leadership Coach helping clients navigate pivotal points in their life; moments of questioning, growth, stagnation or transition, such as job change or promotion. Her passion is to work with managers and executives to help them make headway. Ariane coaches clients from different cultural background working in SMEs, FMCG, private equity, banking sector, NGO and academia. She is also a trainer and facilitator, focusing on coaching skills for managers, emerging leaders series, and inclusion.
She has worked 20+ years in the corporate world, with leadership positions across functions and industries, including start-up, luxury and FMCG multinational corporations. She has experienced not only the diversity of large companies, but also what it means to work in a local company with local teams, having worked in Singapore, USA, and France.
Ariane believes so much can be done to create a more effective and inclusive workplace for all. She enjoys supporting clients through a range of challenges. Sometimes it is about defining the next chapter of their career or life, and sometimes it is about clarifying options, making choices and working on an action plan to unlock the situation. Ariane is a compassionate and intuitive coach, committed to her client and their growth.

> Ariane was a lieutenant in the French Air Force… in the reserve, not active service
> She loves wild and preserved nature, and her favourite vacation is an old shepherd house, lost in France, where she drinks the water of the spring and enjoys life without the internet
> She enjoyed bungee jumping, speleology and rock climbing in her younger age!
