Susan de Silva is a Professional Coach and works with individuals, from young adults to senior professionals, who seek clarity, energy and forward movement in all aspects of their lives, including in their work and relationships. She takes a powerful stand for her clients' growth towards fulfilment and being deeply connected to their authentic selves.
The starting point for Susan is that we already have the wisdom of our own answers within us, and simply need the space, time, and support to access it. Susan coaches clients to recognise their life purpose, to gain expanded perspectives and generate more resonant choices, and to be with their emotional experiences. She knows from personal experience that coaching offers a unique way to truly see and hear each other. Through the coaching process, Susan holds a space for clients to discover and embrace their potential.
In her own life, Susan enjoys scanning the horizon and building new frontiers. She has over 30 years of experience as a lawyer in Singapore and England, including as a Singapore-based legal firm Founding Partner. She also developed several of the firm’s sectors including pioneering its Asia Pacific employment practice.
As a leader, Susan learned to see that there is a human being at the centre of everything and she believes that people are most powerful and fulfilled when they can bring their whole selves - mind, body, heart and soul - to their lives, work and relationships.
