Kevin has a deep passion for health and wellness which spans two decades professionally; including as a Professional Coach, healer, massage therapist, yoga teacher, Buddhist monk, mindfulness teacher, and spiritual end-of-life care practitioner. Kevin's most deep and abiding curiosity has been human consciousness and wellbeing. Pursuit of these has led him to live in 7 countries on 4 continents. 

 

He has devoted himself to both experiential and intellectual understanding of spiritual traditions from around the world, and lived “off the grid” for 4 years in Northern California as part of a 7 year period of intensive Buddhist study and practice. A highly skilled bodyworker, he began study and practice of massage and energy work in 1992; training includes deep tissue massage, shiatsu, and mastery level in reiki. Keven has been coaching formally for 4 years.

 

As a coach, Kevin is a compassionate ally. He seeks to meet people precisely where they are and find the best ways to serve them practically and without judgement. Kevin’s coaching is best suited for those wishing to improve their well-being and self awareness, and reduce internal suffering and limitations. He can be caringly confronting with people when it seems to be of service to their evolution; and will assist with practical insights and healing meant to positively impact as many areas of life as possible.
